Beaded Name Bracelet

Design and make your own beaded name bracelet to wear, keep, or give to a friend. Mix colors and patterns to make it feel completely yours.
🧺 Materials
- Colorful beads or craft pieces
- Elastic cord or string
- Child-safe scissors
👀 Before you start: Look at the finished picture. Read Step 1 only. Do Step 1. Then read Step 2. Keep going one step at a time. If a step says “ask a grown-up,” stop and get help before you continue.
📝 How to Make It
- 1Put the beads and string on a tray or table.
- 2Ask a grown-up to cut one piece of string.
- 3Tie a big knot near one end so beads cannot slide off.
- 4Pick up one bead.
- 5Push the string through the bead's hole.
- 6Slide the bead down to the knot.
- 7Keep adding ONE bead at a time.
- 8Stop when the jewelry is the right length.
- 9Ask a grown-up to tie the two ends together tightly.
- 10Pull gently on the knot to make sure it will not come apart.
